OAKMONT, PA (October 15, 2024) – Chelsea Building Products, manufacturer of Everlast® Advanced Composite Siding, is providing enhanced durability and design options with the launch of four new trim profiles compatible with the company’s line of next-generation composite siding.
The new trim options include a 5-1/2″ outside corner post, 3-1/2″ outside corner post, 3-1/2″ casing, and 1-3/4″ J-trim. The color-matched trims are available in all 15 Everlast siding colors. Outside corner post trims are available in lengths of 10′ or 20′, and the casing and J-trim options come in 12-1/2′ lengths.

The trim accessories feature the same mineral composite substrate as the siding, made from leading-edge technology that significantly reduces expansion and contraction with added dimensional stability. Each trim profile features a 100% acrylic colored cap, ensuring long-lasting color retention and enhanced impact resistance. They also feature Everlast siding’s renowned CedarTouch® woodgrain finish, which is embossed with the actual pattern of rough-sawn, top-grade cedar.
The new trim provides a more robust structure, allowing for additional fastening options as well as the ability to be mechanically joint fastened. This results in a cleaner appearance, more stable fastening, and reduced installation time. It also offers enhanced design options for trimming around windows, doors, and other architectural features.
